Our House in Murphy NC Sold Before We Could Get A Sign Out In Front!

We learned about The Poltrock Team through their billboards and signs and decided to work with them again because they sold our first home here in Murphy NC.  John is very helpful and understanding of our needs and always had open conversations, explaining things clearly, and he answered all our questions.

The house sold before we could get a sign out in front!  John kept in constant touch throughout the sale, and even offered to find a reliable RE/MAX agent for us in Florida.  Within one week, we sold our home in North Carolina and bought a new home in Florida, all through RE/MAX!

We found out about The Poltrock Team from a “local business advertisement card” TP photoand decided to work with them after seeing #1 Real Estate Team on card.

John made the experience of selling a deceased family member’s Murphy NC home absolutely painless.  He not only made good suggestions for making the house more marketable, but took care of engaging reliable contractors to do the work at very reasonable prices, and very quickly!  I am not a Murphy resident, so this was invaluable to me.  He stayed in touch with me and kept me informed.  Once the house was on the market, he actively engaged prospective buyers, and truly made it happen.  I had a check within 3 months!  Other realtors I’ve dealt with over the years get the house on the market and pretty much forget about it

John Offered Some Very Good Referrals For A Surveyor & Builder for our Land Purchase in Murphy NC

Tracy PortraitI was looking for a lot to build a mountain get-away.  I had viewed some lots online and took a ride up to Murphy NC to casually look at them.  One of the lots we looked at was not the greatest, but we decided to drive up to the top of Five Forks to check out the view.  When we got to the top, the view was simply stunning.  A Chevy Silverado backed up and the driver asked us a few questions.  By sheer luck, John Poltrock happened to be up there looking at a property to list.  He advised me of a lot available with the awesome view, and it happened to be at a very attractive price.

John offered some very good referrals for a surveyor and builder.  His Gotta Guy List was extremely helpful! After a few weeks contemplating the purchase, we made an offer.  John was very professional and responsive.  I will also note that while we were just looking, John was never pushy or rude.

In the end, I feel we bought a great lot at a great price!  We believe John is a great Realtor and would recommend him very highly!

When we first decided to explore properties in Cherokee County, NC, we had contacted several Realtors of homes for sale we found listed online. Then we found The Poltrock Team’s listing on Realtor.com.  John impressed us with his professionalism when we made our initial contact.  John Poltrock stood out among the others with his positive, professional attitude.

John immediately impressed us with his willingness to go above and beyond to meet our needs and help us make our purchase.  When John said, “Let me know if there’s anything I can do to earn your business,” little did we know how truly dedicated he was to that statement!

John was readily available despite the fact we were on separate sides of the planet!  Because we were working on a US Military base overseas, we were not able to have in-person, face-to-face meetings with John when we decided upon the purchase of our home.  John pulled out all the stops to utilize technology to help us “visit” the home via “inter-continental” video chat, viewing via Facetime!  John offered much appreciated expertise that made our long-distance purchase possible!

Our closing “walk-through” was done electronically and uploaded to YouTube so we could share our good news with family and friends.
