I found out about The Poltrock Team at REMAX in Murphy NC through their website. I decided to work with The Poltrock Team because of John’s great attitude! This was the best experience with a Real Estate company I have ever had – PERIOD! John kept me in the loop at all times – there simply were no problems or surprises!
I want to take this time to thank John for a truly great home buying experience! John went above and beyond in every way. He kept me constantly in the loop and I never once had a question that he failed to get an answer to in a very timely manner. Additionally, every one John recommended me to – including the loan originator, the testing and inspection folks, and the attorneys – literally everyone was top notch!
I would suggest that anyone buying a home use John Poltrock and The Poltrock Team, because if they do, their home-buying experience will be as trouble-free and pleasant as mine was!! I consider John Poltrock to be my friend! Thanks for everything John!
