This award is the highest sales accolade that can be attained from the Board. To achieve it, our team had to sell $10,000,000 in volume and 48 units or more per agent. We are thrilled to announce that all 5 licensed team members have met these criteria and been awarded Gold!

After having our home listed with another realtor for 9 months and having only 3 showings, with no results, we turned to The Poltrock Team.  John sent out a professional photographer who took wonderful pictures of our home. After listing our home with The Poltrock Team, we had 3 showings in the first week! The final result was our home was sold in 2 weeks!! Scholarships Given by Mountain Lakes Board of Realtors to 2014 Seniors

scholarship picture 2014The Mountain Lakes Board of Realtors, headquartered in Murphy NC, gives out scholarships to graduating high school seniors each year. The funds are generously donated by our local Realtors. Students in Cherokee, Clay, and Graham Counties are eligible. Earlier this year, we were able to give out three $1,000 scholarships to these amazing students. Having been the chair person of the Scholarship Committee for the past several years, it’s always an honor to award it to such deserving kids. We wish you the best!

Excellent Service From Separate Sides of The Planet!

When we first decided to explore properties in Cherokee County, NC, we had contacted several Realtors of homes for sale we found listed online. Then we found The Poltrock Team’s listing on Realtor.com.  John impressed us with his professionalism when we made our initial contact.  John Poltrock stood out among the others with his positive, professional attitude.

John immediately impressed us with his willingness to go above and beyond to meet our needs and help us make our purchase.  When John said, “Let me know if there’s anything I can do to earn your business,” little did we know how truly dedicated he was to that statement!

John was readily available despite the fact we were on separate sides of the planet!  Because we were working on a US Military base overseas, we were not able to have in-person, face-to-face meetings with John when we decided upon the purchase of our home.  John pulled out all the stops to utilize technology to help us “visit” the home via “inter-continental” video chat, viewing via Facetime!  John offered much appreciated expertise that made our long-distance purchase possible!

After we made our offer on the home, John earned our trust by connecting us with quality professionals for just about every aspect of our long-distance purchase.  We just can’t say enough about the positive experience we had! Our closing “walk-through” was done electronically and uploaded to YouTube so we could share our good news with family and friends.
