TP photoI found out about The Poltrock Team through a good friend I grew up with and by asking people who would be the best person to sell my land in Murphy NC.  Everyone agreed – John Poltrock.  My overall experience was very good.  John went out of his way to help and answered any and all questions I had.

The most helpful thing John offered during my real estate transaction was his honesty and experience.  From my first meeting with John, I believed I could trust his word.  This trust never changed.  I would absolutely work with The Poltrock Team again and again.

My experience with John was such that 100% of my needs were met.  Just keep doing the same thing you do every day!

I found out about The Poltrock Team at REMAX in Murphy NC from the Internet and I decided to TP photowork with them because they seemed to be good people.  I was right!  John and his team are very professional!

The most helpful thing that John did for me during this sale was to help me attain a septic permit! I’ve never had to do that before and he made it simple.

For such a small sale, The Poltrock Team treated us the same as a larger purchase! You guys deserve a 10!  Thanks!

We found out about The Poltrock Team at REMAX in Murphy NC through a mailer they sent to us and we decided to work with them due to their outstanding reputation.  We had an excellent experience with them!  We had good communication and responses throughout the process.  The ease of contact kept us informed throughout the entire process.  Also, the pictures of the cabin were very attractive and appealing.

We would highly recommend The Poltrock Team!  They were very responsive to our needs and they were well informed regarding the Real Estate Market.

Our cabin sold in a very short period of time and closed within 6 weeks!  Being out-of-state through most of the process, they kept us well informed and quickly returned our phone calls or emails.

We could not have had a better relationship and will utilize their services when we return to the Murphy area. We are very satisfied with everything!  Thank you again for all your help in getting our house sold!

 I want to take this time to thank John for a truly great home buying experience!  John went above and beyond in every way.  He kept me constantly in the loop and I never once had a question that he failed to get an answer to in a very timely manner.  Additionally, every one John recommended me to – including the loan originator, the testing and inspection folks, and the attorneys – literally everyone was top notch!

We found out about The Poltrock Team from a friend of ours and from Inman Portrait for TPthe billboards scattered throughout the Murphy, NC area.  We decided to work with The Poltrock Team because of meeting John and the staff at REMAX, and our experience was an excellent one!

We live in Florida and John was great about keeping in contact with us.  He kept in touch, returned our calls, and answered our questions immediately.  With his use of the Internet, websites, etc., he gave me the confidence that he was also reaching the larger market of non-traditional buyers.

We had suggestions for selling our property and John listened and did his best to accommodate us.  One example was that we did not want signs on our property to which John obliged.  We would absolutely work with The Poltrock Team again!
