After a year or more of searching through West Virginia & Virginia without finding the “right” home we stumbled upon Murphy NC & found The Poltrock Team. John responded to our internet search, which took on a new idea for a place to call home. We visited Murphy & loved the area. Then the search began & took over a year, but did we ever, with the tireless effort of John & Jessica found a house that is perfect, a place to call home.
We had such high expectation that we began to lose hope. The market seemed too high for what we wanted & thought we could afford. We were almost ready to give up but John kept sending us e-mails & keeping in touch, saying, “have patience we’ll find you the right house.” He was right! What a house & what a price! We are moving from a house in Florida to a home in Murphy, thanks to The Poltrock Team.
If you are looking for a place to relax & call home, we recommend you contact John & Jessica. We did the VA loan on a foreclosed home from Florida & John took care of all the different obstacles we ran into during the process. The VA is very particular & John got the bank who owned the property to fix all the things that the VA required. We worked with Carolina Farm Credit at John’s reccommendation, along with the inspector, plumbers & electricians, to work out even the slightest details to make this house move in ready.
