The team’s Listing Coordinator quickly got our property onto the MLS listings, and Wayne soon brought us a home buyer. As our home sale process got underway, we appreciated a video that helped us to understand home inspections.
Throughout our real estate transaction, Wayne was always available in a reasonable amount of time to answer our questions. When we had an issue with buyers wanting a water radon test, Wayne made multiple phone calls and did some research to help us all understand the results. In fact, several team members were most helpful in going above and beyond to research the radon issue.
As our home sale proceeded toward closing, the team consistently kept in touch so we knew what was going on. They kept us in the know even through some odd situations. Overall, the team was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with.
Best of all, Wayne kept us abreast of all the hold-ups we had at closing from the buyers’ end. We would definitely work with Wayne again. He and Kathy are great Christian folks.
