Posted by I Love Murphy on

Dyer PortraitI found out about The Poltrock Team at REMAX in Murphy NC through their website.  I decided to work with The Poltrock Team because of John’s great attitude!  This was the best experience with a Real Estate company I have ever had – PERIOD!  John kept me in the loop at all times – there simply were no problems or surprises!

I want to take this time to thank John for a truly great home buying experience!  John went above and beyond in every way.  He kept me constantly in the loop and I never once had a question that he failed to get an answer to in a very timely manner.  Additionally, every one John recommended me to – including the loan originator, the testing and inspection folks, and the attorneys – literally everyone was top notch!

I would suggest that anyone buying a home use John Poltrock and The Poltrock Team, because if they do, their home-buying experience will be as trouble-free and pleasant as mine was!!  I consider John Poltrock to be my friend!  Thanks for everything John!

The Poltrock Team – A Great Experience In Real Estate

Posted by I Love Murphy on

We had a wonderful experience with The Poltrock Team when we sold our house in Marble NC – John in particular!  When we met with John for the first time, we liked him immediately!  He is very personable and he knows his business.  He made us feel like we were his only clients.  Living out of state, communication was vital, and John kept in touch by email, phone, and US mail.  Our experience with The Poltrock Team was excellent and we would absolutely use them again!

Thank you John and your staff!  We will use you all again and refer you to all of our friends!

Buying A Home Was Easy With The Poltrock Team

Posted by I Love Murphy on

I found out about The Poltrock Team from their various billboards throughout Cherokee County – but I also know Jessica and talk to her at the office where I work.  I decided to work with the team because of John’s eagerness and enthusiasm.  The most helpful thing during my real estate transactions were all the emails of homes that John sent – pictures and prices of homes that appealed to me.

My real estate experience with The Poltrock Team was awesome and I would absolutely work with them again should the need arise!

Get Your House Sold by Reaching The Larger Market With The Poltrock Team

Posted by I Love Murphy on

We found out about The Poltrock Team from a friend of ours and from Inman Portrait for TPthe billboards scattered throughout the Murphy, NC area.  We decided to work with The Poltrock Team because of meeting John and the staff at REMAX, and our experience was an excellent one!

We live in Florida and John was great about keeping in contact with us.  He kept in touch, returned our calls, and answered our questions immediately.  With his use of the Internet, websites, etc., he gave me the confidence that he was also reaching the larger market of non-traditional buyers.

We had suggestions for selling our property and John listened and did his best to accommodate us.  One example was that we did not want signs on our property to which John obliged.  We would absolutely work with The Poltrock Team again!

Whether you’re local or out of state, you can count on Murphy NC Real Estate and The Poltrock Team for expert guidance every step of the way.
