Fast, Efficient, and Professional!

Posted by I Love Murphy on

From the first visit to “our” house to the closing was about 5 weeks!  Make and I were impressed that Donna Srabian always followed up and did what she said she would do!  We know she had other clients and was very busy, but she made us feel that we were the only ones and most important to her.

Donna is fast, efficient, and professional.  She talks fast, thinks fast and has a good sense of humor.  And, she can still drive the car and fine her way around the mountains at the same time.

After the closing, she gave us a plaque with a John Muir quote.  The plaque is appreciated and will be displayed prominently.  It is also a reminder of the woman who took us to our new home.

PS Donna continues to be helpful to us as we set up our new cabin in Murphy NC.

If you want an agent who is truly fast, efficient, and professional, let murphy nc real estate guide you home just like Donna did for us.

The Poltrock Team Overcomes Obstacles

Posted by I Love Murphy on

We learned about the Poltrock Team from the various billboards and paper advertisements. TP photo We decided to work with The Poltrock Team due to our initial impression and previous failures of other agents to sell our property.  Our experience was EXCELLENT!

John’s guidance and knowledge on how to overcome a HUGE obstacle of our septic system being on another person’s property! That was the most helpful thing offered during our real estate transaction. Without him and our work to get it done, we would have never been able to sell our house in Murphy NC.

If you want trusted experts to guide you through obstacles and get results, The Poltrock Team is here to help you succeed.

John Worked “Out Of The Box” On Our Real Estate Deal

Posted by I Love Murphy on

We have worked with The Poltrock Team before and decided to work with them because of their reputation.  John worked way “out of the box” on this real estate deal (which was not a normal, smooth transaction.  He took on major tasks with an easement issue and eventually brought all parties to a final closing). It wasn’t easy but he hung in there and made it happen when most real estate agents would have quit. Without his work that took over 8 months to make happen, we never would have been able to close.

When real estate gets complicated, you need experts who don’t quit—let murphy nc real estate go the extra mile for you.

Thank you John, we will call on you again when the opportunity arises.

Shoal Creek Falls is a beautiful waterfall in Western North Carolina. Located in a secluded area of Murphy NC, you’ll be able to enjoy the tranquility the area offers.

Shoal Creek Falls is probably about 30′ tall and cascades across multiple rock layers. It rushes down and crashes through several other smaller sections. It ultimately spills into Lake Appalachia. See below for a short video of the falls so you can see them first hand!

Directions to Shoal Creek Falls: From Murphy, take 64 West to a right on Highway 294. Go to a right on Hiwassee Dam Access Road. Follow across the Hiwassee Dam and keep going several more miles to the left on Morrow Rd. Left on Prospect Road. Once you turn on Prospect, roll down your windows and listen for the falls – you can’t miss them!
