From the moment we met John and Jessica, we knew we found the right Realtors. We found them almost by accident! Our old real estate agent would send us all the properties that sold every month – and we kept seeing the Poltrocks on the listing and selling side! When our listing expired, we knew we had to call them.
Their professionalism, energy level, and attention to detail helped us sell our home quickly, even in a down market. They constantly communicated with us to let us know what was going on, which was crucial at this point in our lives and with such a huge change. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home in Murphy, North Carolina.

Starting yesterday, we had HUGE Flakes of snow falling from the sky! This year has been a great year to get snow in Murphy NC – and yesterday had the largest flakes I’ve seen in a long time! It’s simply gorgeous! We probably had 2-3 inches of wet, fluffy snow – perfect for building snowmen!
You have found a gold mine of land for sale in Murphy NC – and no, I don’t mean there’s a gold mine on the property ;)! This amazing tract of acreage is not one that’s easy to come across – it is 6 lots being sold at a package deal totaling approximately 7.53 acres! That means you can buy the property as one tract and keep it all for yourself or divide it into the 6 lots – you’re in control!
