The Poltrock Team Sold Our Lot Within ONLY 3 DAYS!

We are a Dutch couple living on the island of St. Lucia in the Caribbean.  In 2007, we bought land in Murphy NC as we wanted to build a home at Soaring Eagle Heights.  After much consideration, we finally decided that we did not want to retire in the USA so we talked and emailed our Realtor, John Poltrock about the sale of our lot.  We were fully aware about the strong decrease of the prices and John correctly showed us what the market prices were for similar lots.  We lowered our price somewhat and after ONLY 3 days, he found a buyer and sold our real estate!!  Everything went smooth and communication was great and fast!

The local lawyer did not know about was the appropriate paperwork for foreign non-residents in the USA, but within a very short time, that was sorted out!  John and the lawyer both now know how to proceed with future non-resident foreign sellers!  We are very satisfied with John’s great services!
