We found out about The Poltrock Team from friends and from word-of-mouth. Once we got the recommendation, we saw him all over Murphy, NC in their advertising! John did an excellent job and was up-beat and on the ball!  The most helpful thing that John offered was the truth about the market.

John is a great communicator.  He keeps in touch, returned our calls, and answered our questions immediately.  With his use of the Internet, websites, etc., he gave me the confidence that he was also reaching the larger market of non-traditional buyers.

I really respect someone like John who told us the truth about the real estate market we were selling in.  He was also realistic about a listing price and the negative details about the property.
