We knew The Poltrock Team from their advertising and through word-of-mouth references from others who had experience in dealing with them.  When contacted by them, we were not disappointed to learn that all that we had heard was indeed true.  We liked John’s pro-active approach.  He struck a good balance between representing the sellers of the land we bought and addressing our needs as purchasers. 

He did considerable work on behalf of the absentee owners to assure that all details were taken care of prior to closing.  His follow through was excellent. He even helped us post closing when he helped tie up a couple of loose ends.  He is friendly, courteous and seems genuinely interested in seeing that all parties get what they are seeking.
