Learning, Leadership, and a Little Family Fun at the NC REALTORS® Convention in Wilmington!

This past weekend, John, Jessica, and Katie traveled to beautiful Wilmington, North Carolina, for the annual NC REALTORS® Convention! It was a fantastic weekend filled with professional development, networking, team building, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer.

Staying Connected and Ahead of the Industry

The NC REALTORS® Convention brings together real estate professionals from across the state to share ideas, discuss industry trends, and learn from one another. Throughout the event, John, Jessica, and Katie attended educational sessions, connected with fellow REALTORS®, and gained valuable insights to bring back to our team.

One of the highlights of the convention was John’s participation in a Broker-in-Charge (BIC) panel, where he joined other industry professionals to discuss pressing issues facing today’s real estate market. It was a great opportunity to share his experience, exchange perspectives, and contribute to important conversations about the challenges and opportunities shaping our industry.

Exploring Wilmington and Making Memories

Of course, the weekend wasn’t all business! John, Jessica, and Katie also made time to enjoy some family fun and explore the beautiful coastal city of Wilmington.

From bike tours and sightseeing to trying out local restaurants, they took full advantage of their time together. Wilmington’s historic charm, scenic waterfront, and vibrant dining scene provided the perfect backdrop for some relaxation and quality family time between convention activities.

Growing Stronger Together

Beyond the educational sessions and industry discussions, the convention was a wonderful opportunity for team building and strengthening relationships. Taking time away from the everyday hustle allows us to gain fresh perspectives, recharge, and return with renewed enthusiasm for what we do.

Continuing education, professional involvement, and strong relationships are at the heart of our commitment to real estate. Events like the NC REALTORS® Convention remind us how important it is to stay informed, remain engaged, and continually look for ways to better serve our clients and community.
