The Poltrock Team helped us find a new home and sell our previous home. Working with the Team has been a great experience for us. They are very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and sales statistics for properties bought and sold. They have a great video that is posted weekly which lists new and changes on existing properties. This is very helpful when following a particular listing or looking for just the right property. They were very helpful when it came to suggestions on buying and selling our properties. They listened to our requirements for a new home and made suggestions about selling our prior property.
