There are no words that can express how grateful we are for Johns service. We listed our house with a different realtor originally and realized quickly what a huge mistake that was. Our House Sold in 2 Days

We found out about The Poltrock Team through a referral. Also, The Poltrock Team has ads ALL over town. My favorite is the coffee cups at Waffle King – great idea.

John Poltrock was upfront with exactly how he works. He looked at all comps, and showed us exactly how he arrived at his recommended asking price. He answered all of our questions, and was sure he gave us a realistic goal for time on the market. That being said, the house sold in 2 days – holy cow! While we were in no way ready for that, we got through it, and everything went as planned.

During our real estate transaction, the most helpful thing offered by The Poltrock Team was awesome communication. Texting and e-signing documents made it so easy. The day before closing, John Poltrock called to check on me “because I seemed stressed.” He said he didn’t want to talk business – he just wanted to be sure I was okay.

I wanted to give an additional shout-out to Amanda Beavers with Mountain Country Cabin Rentals, for helping us find one of the very few rentals in the county.

Today was the annual Mountain Lakes Board of Realtors meeting where real estate agents from all companies in the area met to vote on who was going to serve on the Board of Directors. John Poltrock served as the Secretary this past year and is now elected to a 3 year period as a Director.
