WOW, did we get a deal! We bought a great tract of Land in Murphy NC in Eagle Mountain and lucked up finding John. It turned out he was the listing agent of the land we purchased, and we went with him to keep our transaction simple. He did a great job keeping us abreast of all the issues and questions we had during the transaction. The septic system was a little bit out of the ordinary, and he was able to assist us through the entire process so that we had a permit when we closed our real estate purchase.
