Fast, Efficient, and Professional!

From the first visit to “our” house to the closing was about 5 weeks!  Make and I were impressed that Donna Srabian always followed up and did what she said she would do!  We know she had other clients and was very busy, but she made us feel that we were the only ones and most important to her.

Donna is fast, efficient, and professional.  She talks fast, thinks fast and has a good sense of humor.  And, she can still drive the car and fine her way around the mountains at the same time.

After the closing, she gave us a plaque with a John Muir quote.  The plaque is appreciated and will be displayed prominently.  It is also a reminder of the woman who took us to our new home.

PS Donna continues to be helpful to us as we set up our new cabin in Murphy NC.

John Worked “Out Of The Box” On Our Real Estate Deal

We have worked with The Poltrock Team before and decided to work with them because of their reputation.  John worked way “out of the box” on this real estate deal (which was not a normal, smooth transaction.  He took on major tasks with an easement issue and eventually brought all parties to a final closing). It wasn’t easy but he hung in there and made it happen when most real estate agents would have quit. Without his work that took over 8 months to make happen, we never would have been able to close!

We found out about The Poltrock Team while looking through a real estate magazine, and Donna Srabian took us to see a property we saw in the magazine.  She was very helpful – and didn’t mind spending time with us.  She was very positive and spent a lot of time working closely with us.  We bought a Fannie Mae property and the process was a little complicated due to the regulations, but Donna helped us through this.

It took us 18 months to find a place that suited our needs and Donna stuck it out all the way!  I lost count a long time ago of how many aerials she sent me along with tax maps.  It’s a good thing we didn’t have to pay her by the hour for the work she put in for us or we’d be living under a bridge along the Valley River.
