The Poltrock team is outstanding! Before choosing a real estate agent in Murphy NC, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort – not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Poltrock Team stood out as the best real estate agents Cherokee County had to offer: strong knowledge of the market, high visibility in advertising, strong presence on Social Media, and most important, very well-known and respected within the community and real estate industry.

We spoke with John and then met with him at our home. He spent a couple of hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes sold, market conditions, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. After our meeting,  John then sent us a book with some very helpful information. In addition, we were selling our home in one state but residing in another. John and his team made it seamless. Our house sold in less than one week.
