I would recommend The Poltrock Team at REMAX in Murphy NC if I know of anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. I was fortunate to find him through references who knew John from other homes he sold around my house in The Havens.
I know the market can be trying at best, so any buyer or seller needs a Realtor that knows the local Murphy real estate market – and John is that Realtor.
John offered ideas that would sell my house and no agent before him did or could do that. I had two other real estate agents before him and I always had to contact them to find out what was going on. John always kept me informed and always returned my calls. I wish I had found him way before now. Now, my home is thankfully SOLD!!
