The Poltrock Team Sold our House - For FULL PRICE!!

I was looking into buying a piece of property. A local real estate agent here in Murphy NC told me about a parcel and how to get to it. He did not offer to show it or any other property to me. I called REMAX since they were the listing real estate company to find out the price and get more information. A young man named John Poltrock offered to meet me at the lot and show it to me. Because of this helpfulness, I was able to find an even better lot to my liking! I appreciated his help and knowledge in making the purchase. When we put our home up for sale, we knew only one agent we would call to sell it for us. And now, it’s SOLD! I needed to sell a one acre lot at a time when the market was overloaded and demand was low. John and Jessica provided me with recent real estate sales information so we could determine a listing price that would be attractive to buyers. With so many lots being on the market for a year and not selling, I wasn’t especially optimistic.

Pictures and information that focused the best features of the site were incorporated into ads that were quickly promoted. Phones calls were made on my behalf to alert potential buyers.

It was on the market less than a week, and an offer was made at the full listing price. That was much better than I thought was possible.

Closing went smoothly. My questions were answered in most cases before I could ask them. I am so very pleased with every aspect of the sale.

It wouldn’t have happened as did without John’s and Jessica’s expertise and beyond-the-usual efforts! Everything was beyond my expectations!

I would recommend The Poltrock Team at REMAX in Murphy NC if I know of anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. I was fortunate to find him through references who knew John from other homes he sold around my house in The Havens.

I know the market can be trying at best, so any buyer or seller needs a Realtor that knows the local Murphy real estate market – and John is that Realtor.
