John, I just mentioned this on Active Rain. I was at the gas pumps yesterday and noticed several customers put $5-$10 in their tank and leave. I just stood there in awe. At first I thought that was pretty silly, thinking that when they get a few miles down the road they would need to stop for gas again!

Then I realized that some people were barely making it, going from paycheck to paycheck, even before the gas prices skyrocketed! I was talking to my husband earlier and made the comment that some families are probably emotionally, physically, spiritatually AND financially in trouble. I don't know what the answer is for them but I do know that we need to keep them in our thoughts and prayers. We quickly run to the disaster victims aid so lets remember our neighbors! They are victims too. In fact, we are all victims of the gas prices!
